Montombraro Lavender Festival

The Montombraro Lavender Festival 2025 was held on Saturday, July 5th, and Sunday, July 6th, 2025, in the hamlet of Zocca, in the Modenese Apennines. For two days, the village was filled with the colors and scent of lavender, with flowered streets, gardens, and squares.

The program confirmed the traditional events: demonstrations of harvesting and distillation of essential oils, conferences and exhibitions dedicated to lavender, the "Montombraro in viola" contest with decorations set up by residents, and the gastronomic stand with flavored recipes and herbal teas. The restaurant service was also provided in collaboration with the hotel school of the Spallanzani Institute.
