Edition 2025 — Monterosa Gourmand
The 2025 edition of Monterosa Gourmand confirmed the format of the food and wine festival in Champoluc (Ayas). Along the culinary trail set up in the village centre, a selection of Aosta Valley chefs and local producers offered dishes made with zero-km ingredients, while the artisan market and live music accompanied the day. As tradition dictates, tastings were done using tokens purchased at the entrance, in a convivial atmosphere of discovery of the flavours of the Val d'Ayas, at the foot of Monte Rosa.
