Edition 2025 — The Montereale–Capitignano

On Sunday, July 27, 2025, the 6th edition of the Montereale–Capitignano Road Race took place, a 9.8 km road race organized by the ASD Nova Gesta non-profit under the aegis of FIDAL. The meeting point was at 7:00 AM in Piazza del Municipio in Capitignano, with the competitive race starting at 9:30 AM, followed by the non-competitive run, power walk, dog-running, and casual walk. The event was held under the patronage of the Municipalities of Capitignano and Montereale and the Abruzzo Region.

2025 Edition — 6th Edition

The sixth edition of the Montereale–Capitignano Road Race took place on Sunday, July 27, 2025, with a meeting point at 7:00 AM in Piazza del Municipio in Capitignano (province of L'Aquila) and the start of the competitive race at 9:30 AM.

The confirmed distance was 9.8 km on the road between the two towns of the Upper Aterno Valley. As per tradition, in addition to the competitive race, there were non-competitive, power walking, dog-running, and casual walking categories open to everyone. Registration was handled online via Endu and on-site. The event, organized by the ASD Nova Gesta non-profit under the aegis of FIDAL, received the patronage of the Municipalities of Capitignano and Montereale and the Abruzzo Region.
