Edition 2025 — Ventricina Festival
The Ventricina Festival was held in Summer 2025 in Montenero di Bisaccia, featuring tastings of the famous Molise PAT cured meat, food stalls, and musical entertainment, in an evening dedicated to the charcuterie tradition of Basso Molise.
In 2025, the Ventricina Festival renewed its tribute to the most renowned cured meat of the town in Montenero di Bisaccia (CB). Amidst tastings, food stalls, and live music, the event celebrated ventricina — a Molise PAT product still handcrafted today — and with it, the rural culture and authentic flavours of Basso Molise.
