Edition 2025 — Montemaggio Festival

The 12th edition of the Montemaggio Resistance Festival, titled "Liberiamo il futuro" (Let's free the future), took place from June 6 to 8, 2025, between the Sonar in Colle di Val d'Elsa and Casa Giubileo in Monteriggioni. Three days of memory, art, writing, and music, with workshops, partisan trekking, and concerts, promoted by ANPI Valdelsa. Official illustration by Lisa Gelli.

Titled "Liberiamo il futuro", the twelfth edition wove together memory, writing, and art between Colle di Val d'Elsa and Casa Giubileo. At Casa Giubileo, on Saturday, June 7, workshops were held on "Writing: resisting" with writer Sacha Naspini and "Consent in motion," along with book presentations by Serena Mazzini and Alhassan Selmi. The day opened with an 8 km trek on the Partisan Paths and continued with concerts by Samuele Strufaldi & Davorio Collective and Kissene Folk, as well as the musical reading "The Dream Factory" dedicated to the GKN dispute. Free admission, with the youth competition "From Montemaggio to the Constitution."
