Montelago Celtic Festival

The XXII edition of the Montelago Celtic Festival, from August 6th to 9th, 2025, confirmed the festival as the leading Italian folk-Celtic gathering. Among the performers on stage were the Norwegian band Wardruna, masters of ancestral Nordic music, the Italian band Wind Rose, the historic return of Kan, the Scottish bands Elephant Sessions and Peatbog Faeries, as well as Davy Spillane, Kalandra, and Kathryn Tickell & The Darkening.

The 36 concerts, distributed across the Main Stage, Mortimer Pub, Balfolk, and Davo's Stage, were accompanied, as every year, by academies, Celtic games, artisan market, encampments, and the European Celtic Contest dedicated to emerging bands, confirming the event's identity for Serravalle di Chienti and the Macerata hinterland.
