Edition 2025 — Summer Theatres Montedoro
The 2025 edition of Summer Theatres took place in Montedoro at the Villa Meyzieu Amphitheatre, on Via Giuseppe Pitrè, with four evening theatre performances with free admission and one street theatre evening. The programme featured the Thèatron, Teatro Stabile Nisseno, and Gocce di Sicilia companies from Castrofilippo, with comedies and stories from the Sicilian tradition. All shows started at 9:00 PM.
Summer Theatres 2025 in Montedoro
The 2025 festival enlivened the summer of Montedoro (Caltanissetta) with events at the Villa Meyzieu Amphitheatre, all with free admission and starting at 9:00 PM.
- July 16 - "Morto, vivo e assicurato," comedy by the Thèatron company
- July 20 - "Artisti in piazza," street theatre and contemporary circus show
- July 23 - "Maliditta Miseria," Teatro Stabile Nisseno
- July 30 - "Intrighi, presenze e tarocchi: cronache di una famiglia coi fiocchi," Gocce di Sicilia company from Castrofilippo
- August 6 - "Due mariti per due cozze," Teatro Stabile Nisseno
The festival, promoted by the Municipality of Montedoro, confirmed its vocation as a community celebration, showcasing companies from the Nisseno territory and the Sicilian hinterland.
