Edition 2025 — Wild Boar Festival

In August 2025, the Montecchio Wild Boar Festival enlivened Piazza Garibaldi with typical wild boar dishes, the characteristic air rifle target shooting competition with gastronomic prizes, music, and moments of socializing, in a village festival spread over two weekends.

In 2025 too, the Montecchio Wild Boar Festival attracted residents and visitors from the surrounding areas to Piazza Garibaldi, in the village in the province of Terni.

The food stands offered local traditional wild boar specialties, while the target shooting competition with an air rifle awarded gastronomic prizes on various evenings. Music and socializing completed the convivial atmosphere of this summer festival, which was held over two distinct periods in August.
