Edition 2025 — Montecastelli Chamber Music Festival

In July 2025, the Montecastelli Piano Chamber Music Festival returned to the Auditorium della Musica in Montecastelli Pisano under the artistic direction of violinist Lukas Hagen. Highlights included an evening concert dedicated to the music of Elgar, Strauss, and Brahms, set in the evocative medieval village of the upper Val di Cecina.

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of the festival took place in July at the Auditorium della Musica in Montecastelli Pisano, a hamlet of Castelnuovo di Val di Cecina (PI). The event, promoted by the Science & Music Foundation, featured chamber music concerts under the artistic direction of violinist Lukas Hagen.

Among the highlights was an evening concert (7:00 PM) dedicated to the music of Elgar, Strauss, and Brahms, performed in the intimate setting of the Auditorium, housed in a medieval building. In 2025, the festival once again confirmed its formula, intertwining concerts, the Chamber Lab workshop, and a dialogue between music and science in the heart of Tuscany.
