Edition 2025 — Sussurri di Borgo Antico

The 2025 edition of Sussurri di Borgo Antico enlivened Montebello della Battaglia on June 27th, with a guided tour of the 1859 battle, a Riesling tasting at Castello Beccaria, and a concert paying tribute to Lucio Battisti in the main square. An evening of history, taste, and music in the Oltrepò Pavese.

On June 27, 2025, Montebello della Battaglia hosted Sussurri di Borgo Antico, an evening dedicated to rediscovering the village as part of the 'Nelle terre del Riesling' project. From 6:00 PM, the guided tour led participants through the sites of the 1859 battle, with a meeting point in front of the Town Hall.

At 7:30 PM, in the setting of Castello Beccaria, a tasting of cured meats, cheeses, sweets, and Oltrepò Riesling wines took place, in collaboration with local agricultural businesses. The evening concluded at 9:00 PM with a concert by Leandro Ghetti, a tribute to Lucio Battisti, in Piazza della Chiesa.
