Edition 2025 — Monte Sant'Angelo Slalom
Monte Sant'Angelo City Slalom 2025
The fifth edition of the race, organized by the A.S.D. Gargano Racing Team and valid for the ACI Sport Central-South Trophy, took place on September 13 and 14, 2025, on the 3,600-meter track with thirteen chicanes on the SP55 between Macchia and Monte Sant'Angelo.
The overall victory went to Donato Catano (Campobasso) in an A112 Elegant Proto Suzuki, who recorded the only run under three minutes with a time of 2'59.07, returning to the top step of the podium after his success in the first edition. Behind him were Giovanni Piccolo (Cervinara) in a Fiat 600, who set the best time in the third heat with 3'04.65, and Domenico Murino in a Peugeot 106.
The race day drew a large crowd along the panoramic areas of the track, in the heart of the Gargano National Park, confirming the strong bond between the event and the territory of Monte Sant'Angelo.
