Monte Catria Extreme Trail

The 2025 edition of the Monte Catria Extreme Trail took place on Saturday, May 10, 2025, in Serra Sant'Abbondio (PU), with 297 athletes crossing the finish line across the three distances. On the technical trails of the Monte Catria massif, in the Umbrian-Marche Apennines, the overall victory went to Marco Mignano, while among the women, Oana Alina Popa took the win. In the short 16 km race, Asia Lanuti (Gubbio Runners) stood out, finishing first woman in 1h51'25". In 2025, the format again included three courses — 54 km (4,200 m D+), 30 km (2,100 m D+), and 16 km (1,000 m D+) — with the long race valid for ITRA points, confirming the growing international prestige of this Marche event organized by Corripergola ASD.
