2025 Monte Cammarata Trail

The 2025 edition was held on May 7, 2025, in Cammarata, in the province of Agrigento, with the start and finish in the upper part of the village, near the sanctuary of Santa Maria Cacciapensieri.

Trail runners tackled the competitive route of approximately 20 km and over 1,180 meters of positive elevation gain on the trails of the Sicani Mountains, featuring challenging climbs, technical descents, and wide views over inland Sicily. The race, valid for the Trail Sicilia Challenge circuit and included among the UTMB Index Races, was accompanied by shorter, non-competitive trials and concluded with an awards ceremony and a pasta party in the village.
