Montalto Dora Savoy Cabbage Festival

2025 Edition

The 29th Montalto Dora Savoy Cabbage Festival was held from November 19 to 23, 2025, bringing the village in the Metropolitan City of Turin to life for five days. The opening dinner, dedicated to local excellence and curated by the Canavese Tradition Restaurants, inaugurated the festival at the Angelo Burbatti municipal amphitheater.

Throughout the edition, events included the bagna caôda night, stands serving supa 'd pan e còj and capônèt, the "Cavolo che tour!" guided hikes between Lake Coniglio, the Terre Ballerine, Lake Nero, and Monte del Maggio, and visits to the Lago Pistono archaeological park with a prehistoric menu workshop.

The grand finale took place on Sunday with the Palio dei Comuni, which saw sixteen Canavese towns compete in carriage races, followed by the grand fair of local products, second-hand goods, and crafts along the village streets.
