Edition 2025 — Boiled Meat Gala

The first edition of the Montaldo Scarampi Boiled Meat Gala inaugurated a new festival in Montaldo Scarampi dedicated to Piedmontese mixed boiled meat. Organized by the Pro Loco, the event featured select meats, traditional sauces, and homemade desserts, laying the foundation for a gastronomic event destined to return every year in the heart of the Asti Monferrato.

The first edition of the Montaldo Scarampi Boiled Meat Gala debuted in 2025, bringing the great tradition of Piedmontese mixed boiled meat to Montaldo Scarampi (AT). The Pro Loco offered a traditional menu with appetizers, mixed boiled meat accompanied by vegetables and sauces (bagnetto verde and rosso), and dessert, served by dozens of local volunteers.

The excellent reception given to this inaugural edition convinced the Pro Loco to repeat the event, transforming it into a permanent fixture on the gastronomic calendar of the Asti Monferrato.
