MonferVINUM — Wine Trekking in the Monferrato

The 2025 edition of MonferVINUM, organized by the Ecomuseo della Pietra da Cantoni, brought wine-trekking to Conzano, in the Province of Alessandria. The route, a loop of about 5 kilometers starting at 10:00 AM from Piazza Australia, passed through the village's artists' walk, the climb to the Civic Tower, and the vineyards of Valle Grana.

The walk included a visit to Tenuta Vallone, a historic 19th-century estate dedicated to organic wines from native grape varieties such as Grignolino and Barbera, and concluded with a guided tasting of three labels: a rosé sparkling wine, a Grignolino DOC, and a Barbera-based red. In 2025, reservations were mandatory, confirming the event's convivial and limited-capacity format.
