Mònde – Festival of Cinema on the Paths

The 8th edition of Mònde – Festival of Cinema on the Paths was held in Foggia from September 11 to 14, 2025, with the theme "The Gaze": 45 events dedicated to visible and inner landscapes, physical and imaginary movements, and worlds near and far, in a special edition dedicated to the Jubilee.

Guests included prominent directors and actors such as Matteo Garrone, Fabrizio Gifuni, Sonia Bergamasco, Alessandro Piva, Paolo Sassanelli, Anna Pavignano, as well as Americans Courtney Stephens and Callie Hernandez. Screenings, meetings, and award ceremonies took place in Foggia's cultural venues: the Teatro Umberto Giordano, the Auditorium Santa Chiara, L'Altrocinema, and the Sala Monsignor Farina. On Friday, September 12, the Marina Mazzei Award, dedicated to the archaeologist from Foggia, was presented. The edition recorded a large turnout, with all events free and open to the public.
