Edition 2025 — Molinella Eel and Frog Festival
The 2025 edition of the Eel and Frog Festival was held in Traghetto di Molinella on the weekends of February 22-23 and March 1-2, 2025, at the square of the former Eridania Sugar Factory.
For 2025, the "Walter Tinarelli" PD Club once again offered the traditional format, with dinner on Saturdays and lunch on Sundays. On the menu were the specialties that give the festival its name — grilled eel and fried and stewed frogs — alongside frog risotto, seafood risotto, salmon tagliolini, grilled fish, and monkfish, in an extensive menu that attracts enthusiasts from all over the Bolognese and Ferrara plains each year.
