Mixed Fried Food Festival (Autumn)

The 2025 autumn edition of the Mixed Fried Food Festival took place in Le Sieci, in the municipality of Pontassieve, repeating the formula that has characterized the event for years. In the Croce Azzurra facilities in Piazza Sergio Chiari, over two weekends between late September and early October, volunteers prepared Tuscan fried meat, fish, and vegetables, accompanied by traditional pasta dishes.

As per custom, the kitchen opened on Saturday for dinner and Sunday for lunch, with proceeds going to support the volunteer activities of the local public assistance. The festival confirmed its role as a convivial and charitable event for the entire Val di Sieci.
