Edition 2025 — Mixed Fried Food Festival

In 2025, the Mixed Fried Food Festival in Le Sieci (Pontassieve, Florence) was held over the weekends of March 29-30 and April 5-6. Organized by the Val di Sieci branch of the Croce Azzurra, it featured the usual menu of fried meat, fish, and vegetables, along with pasta dishes and traditional specialties prepared by volunteers, with the restaurant open for Saturday dinner and Sunday lunch.

The 2025 edition of the Mixed Fried Food Festival took place in Le Sieci, a village in Pontassieve in the province of Florence, over the weekends of March 29-30 and April 5-6. The Croce Azzurra Val di Sieci restaurant was open for Saturday dinner, with two seatings at 7:30 PM and 9:15 PM, and Sunday lunch. In that edition as well, the mixed fry of meat, fish, and vegetables was the star, accompanied by appetizers, pasta, and traditional Tuscan specialties prepared by the association's volunteers, confirming the festival as one of the most beloved culinary events in the Valdisieve.
