Edition 2025 — Mixed Fried Fish Festival
The 2025 edition of the Mixed Fried Fish Festival took place in Solero, in the province of Alessandria, in the Carlo Guasco kindergarten park. Organized by the Amici di Solero cultural association, active since 1996, the festival enlivened the town for three evenings with dinners featuring fried fish starting at 7:30 PM and live music.
The musical evenings, with free admission, alternated between 70s-80s-90s-2000s DJ sets and live bands to get the audience dancing. The June event kicked off the association's summer calendar, which continues with the agnolotti festival and the Polentissima in September.
