Mixed Boiled Meats Festival

In 2025, the Mixed Boiled Meats Festival confirmed its appeal in Monasterolo del Castello, on the shores of Lake Endine. The large pots of mixed boiled meats — with beef, cotechino, tongue, and chicken served with traditional sauces — warmed the autumn evenings, accompanied by polenta, local wines, and artisanal desserts.

Amidst live music, markets, and the Sunday agricultural fair, the event reaffirmed the deep connection of this Orobic village with its rural and gastronomic traditions.
