Edition 2025 — MiX Festival

In 2025, the MiX Festival confirmed its programming of LGBTQ+ cinema and queer culture in Milan, with screenings, meetings, and masterclasses in city venues, consolidating its path towards the fortieth anniversary milestone.

The 2025 edition of the MiX Festival Internazionale di Cinema LGBTQ+ e Cultura Queer took place in Milan in September, true to the formula that has characterized the festival since 1986: screenings of queer films from around the world, masterclasses, meetings, and musical moments. The festival continued its collaboration with the Piccolo Teatro and city cultural spaces, reaffirming its role as an international showcase for new voices in LGBTQ+ cinema and preparing the ground for the fortieth-anniversary celebration in 2026.
