Edition 2025 — MiVA

In July 2025, the MiVA Festival returned to Valmontone following the success of its 2019 debut. The relaunch took place within the Valmontone Cultural Hub, promoted by DiSCo Lazio with the regional project "Cultural Hubs: Sociality and Work" of the Lazio Region, with the goal of providing a new space for emerging bands and artists from the Italian independent music scene.

The 2025 edition marked the return of the MiVA Festival to Valmontone, integrated into the cultural calendar of the city's Cultural Hub promoted by DiSCo Lazio in collaboration with the Municipality and the Lazio Region. Scheduled in July, the festival confirmed its vocation: to showcase young emerging talents of independent music, offering bands and singer-songwriters a real stage in a dynamic and engaging context. The relaunch of MiVA joined other 2025 events in Valmontone—from the April Jazz Festival at Palazzo Doria Pamphilj to artist residencies and the "Marvelous" exhibition in October—confirming the town's transformation into a small cultural hub in Lazio, half an hour from Rome.
