Edition 2025 — Minotaur Festival

The first edition of the Minotaur Festival debuted on June 28 and 29, 2025, at Mesola Castle, inaugurating a new fantasy, gothic, and steampunk event in the Po Delta. Two free-entry days featuring a cosplay competition, games area, themed market, shows, and live concerts.

Minotaur Festival 2025, the inaugural edition

The inaugural edition took place on Saturday, June 28 (4:00 PM-12:00 AM) and Sunday, June 29, 2025 (10:00 AM-8:00 PM) at Mesola Castle, in the province of Ferrara. The program combined a Market & Food Area, Games Area, Tōmare Lab, and the StraBipark space, with a holistic workshop by Emporio delle Streghe and extended meet & greet sessions.

Cosplay and shows

Sunday's Cosplay Competition had registrations from 11:00 AM, pre-judging from 2:30 PM, the contest at 4:00 PM, and awards at 6:15 PM, with a jury composed of Haga Reko, Akire Moonless, Lilit Cosplay, and Nuffle Void. Among the events were the Light Contest, the "In Silva" show, live performances by K.J. Cosplay, and a concert by Toon Academia. Free admission to all experiences.
