Mimosa Cross

The 2025 edition of the Mimosa Cross marked an important milestone: forty years of an event founded in 1986 and which has become a regular fixture in the Reggio Emilia running scene. In 2025, the race again started from Piazza Cavicchioni, in the center of Albinea, offering the same format with a competitive race and non-competitive walks open to all.

As tradition dictates, the event took place on the weekend of March 8th, maintaining its connection with Women's Day and the Primavera di donne (Spring of Women) festival organized by the Municipality of Albinea, in the province of Reggio Emilia.
