Edition 2025 — Mill Day in Longiarù

The 2025 edition of the Mill Day in Longiarù took place on Thursday, July 9, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Along the Mill Valley, visitors were able to admire the ancient water mills in operation, witness grain milling and Ladin bread baking, and visit the farmers' market at the Lüch de Vanc farm.

Mill Day 2025

The Longiarù Mill Day was held on Thursday, July 9, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, along the Mill Valley trail. The edition confirmed the traditional event format, with visits to the ancient water mills and a demonstration of grain milling in a historic mill that was brought back into operation just as it was over a hundred years ago.

The farmers' market with authentic valley products took place at the Lüch de Vanc farm, while along the path, visitors were able to watch bread baking according to the ancient Ladin method, try horseback riding, and take part in activities for children. The day also offered walks in the nature of the Dolomites and tastings of local gastronomic specialties.
