Edition 2025 — Milk Festival

The 2025 edition of the Milk Festival took place in Fiavè on October 11 and 12, as part of the Garda Trentino 'Month of Taste'. The Saturday opening evening featured local restaurants offering milk-themed menus, while Sunday was dedicated to walks in the biotope, guided cheese and honey tastings, a farmers' lunch with polenta, live music, and family activities at the Pile Dwelling Museum.

Milk Festival 2025

The 2025 edition of the Milk Festival was held in Fiavè on the weekend of October 11 and 12, as part of the Garda Trentino Month of Taste. On Saturday the 11th, with the 'waiting for the festival' evening, participating restaurants offered themed menus featuring milk as the star ingredient.

The main day, Sunday the 12th, offered morning walks in the Fiavè biotope, family activities at the Pile Dwelling Museum, guided tastings of local cheeses, honey, and wines, a farmers' lunch with traditional polenta, cheesemaking demonstrations, and, in the afternoon, live music, a producers' market, and children's entertainment. A program that combined food and wine, nature, and culture among the mountain pastures of the Trentino plateau.

Programme

Saturday, October 11: Milk-themed dinner at participating restaurants (reservation required). Sunday, October 12: Walk in the Fiavè biotope (morning), family activities at the Pile Dwelling Museum, guided tasting of cheeses, honey, and wines, farmers' lunch with polenta, cheesemaking demonstration, farmers' market, live music, and children's entertainment in the afternoon.
