Edition 2025 — Ciambellino Festival
The 20th edition of the Micciano Ciambellino Festival was held on Saturday, July 26, and Sunday, July 27, 2025, in Micciano, a hamlet of Pomarance, in the province of Pisa. An important milestone for the festival organized by Pro Loco Micciano around the ciambellino, the pastry once linked to the village's weddings.
Saturday evening kicked off with a dinner featuring cacciucco, while Sunday was dedicated to the preparation and tasting of fresh ciambellini baked on-site, with food stalls open for lunch and dinner and an evening enlivened by live music, dancing, and DJ sets. Among the novelties of this edition was the inauguration of the Biblio-Loco, a small box where one can bring or take books for free, a symbol of a community growing around its festival.
