Edition 2025 — Mi Sa di Buono
How it went in 2025
The 2025 edition of the Monte San Biagio Sausage Festival was postponed by two weeks due to adverse weather conditions and was held on April 12 and 13, in the historic center of Monte San Biagio, in the province of Latina.
Saturday opened with photography exhibitions and the ribbon-cutting for the food and craft stalls, followed by a majorette performance and a long evening of live music with Birra Gratis, Orange8, South West Road, A Nuje Ce Piace O' Blues, and a DJ set by DJ Paolor.
Sunday had a more family-oriented character: a traveling musical walk, a "Little Chefs" workshop to learn how to make tagliatelle, a soap bubble and balloon sculpture show, show cooking with chefs Gabriele D'Angelis and Mirko Popolla, the "Explore Monte San Biagio" guided tour, and the closing lottery drawing.
In 2025, the free shuttle service and ample parking in the railway station area were also guaranteed. The event was organized by the Wake Up Association with the Municipality of Monte San Biagio and the Pro Loco.
