Edition 2025 — Messina Christmas Markets

The 2025 edition of the Messina Christmas markets brought the city center to life with about ninety wooden chalets: forty at Piazza Cairoli, along the Viale San Martino pedestrian area, and fifty on Via Laudamo near the Teatro Vittorio Emanuele, featuring the "Christmas at the Theatre" initiative. Crafts, local products, sweets, street food, and shows accompanied the festivities until Epiphany.

Christmas 2025 in Messina

Part of the broader Christmas 2025 program by the Municipality of Messina, the edition featured a total of about ninety wooden chalets. At Piazza Cairoli, there were about forty stands: five dedicated to food, some to local associations, and the majority to hobbyists and artisans, with a stage for music, magic, and entertainment shows.

On Via Laudamo, next to the Teatro Vittorio Emanuele, about fifty chalets hosted "Christmas at the Theatre," with crafts, local products, handmade gifts, and workshops. The initiatives, animated by parades and shows, continued until Epiphany, confirming the markets as one of the most beloved events of the Messina holiday season.
