Edition 2025 — Mese del Manzo all'Olio

In November 2025, Rovato's restaurants, as every year, celebrated Manzo all'Olio De.Co., the Franciacorta signature braised dish served with polenta. The review by the Commerce District offered special menus at controlled prices throughout the month.

The 2025 edition of the review dedicated to Manzo all'Olio De.Co. animated Rovato's restaurants in Franciacorta throughout November. Participating establishments offered special menus featuring the famous braised beef, accompanied by polenta, at controlled prices designed to introduce a wide audience to Brescian gastronomic tradition.

Organized by the Rovato Commerce District, the event reaffirmed its role as a showcase for one of the most characteristic dishes of the Province of Brescia, in dialogue with the great wines of the Franciacorta region.
