Merenda nell'Oliveta

The 2025 Merenda nell'Oliveta in Calci was held on Sunday, May 11, at Fattoria San Vito, featuring artist Nicola Donato and his watercolors, on display from 10 AM to 6 PM with free admission. The morning (10 AM - 1 PM) offered an en plein air watercolor workshop among the vines and olive trees; at 1:30 PM, the snack featured bruschetta, pappa al pomodoro, pinzimonio, and hummus, along with the farm's organic oil and natural wines (€20, wine by the glass €5); at 4:30 PM, the vernissage and meeting with the artist took place. A day dedicated to art, nature, and flavors in the olive landscape of the province of Pisa.
