Edition 2025 — MeMu Fest

The eighth edition of MeMu Fest took place in Giarratana on Friday, July 18, and Saturday, July 19, 2025. The Parco dei Settimo and the ancient streets of the Iblean village transformed into a medieval village with drummers, flag-wavers, fire shows, falconry, music, dances, and a tavern with period dishes.

MeMu Fest 2025 — eighth edition

The eighth edition of MeMu Fest was held on July 18 and 19, 2025, at the Parco dei Settimo in Giarratana (RG), in the heart of the Iblei Mountains. The event, organized by the Gruppo Tamburi Città di Giarratana with the support of the Municipality, the Libero Consorzio of Ragusa, and the Sicilian Region, attracted a large audience to the Iblean village.

The two evenings featured historical re-enactments with costumed performers, drummers and flag-wavers, duels and fire shows, falconry displays, medieval music and dances, craft markets of ancient trades, and the tavern with roasts and hippocras, confirming MeMu Fest as the only festival dedicated to the Middle Ages in the entire province of Ragusa.
