Memory Walk through the Places of the Resistance

On April 25th, 2025, Visone celebrated Liberation Day as part of the 80th anniversary of the liberation from Nazi-fascism. The day began at 10:00 AM with a commemoration at the plaques and monuments dedicated to the Partisans and Martyrs of Freedom from Visone, starting from the Belvedere della Rocca di Visone.

At 11:00 AM, the remembrance continued in the municipal cemetery square, followed by Holy Mass in the parish church of SS. Pietro e Paolo. In the afternoon, the community walked through the village's sites of memory, in a day of participation promoted by the Municipality of Visone and the Pro Loco.
