Melodica 2024-2025: the 30th season
The thirtieth international concert season of Melodica - Music for the soul opened on Saturday, September 28, 2024, with an inaugural concert featuring free admission, dedicated to the "Romantic piano" with young pianist Andrea Cannata, at the Auditorium of the Cultural Commercial Center of Ragusa.
The program offered a varied journey through piano recitals, vocal concerts, and chamber ensembles. Highlights included "Ladies in... Song" on October 19 with sopranos Melita Lamicela and Chiara Vyssia Ursino, "Feminine Visions" on February 22, 2025, with the Mel Bonis piano duo, and the closing concert on Saturday, June 7, 2025, with "Between Opera and Ballet," performed by the piano duo Maria Sbeglia and Umberto Zamuner. The subscription for the concerts was priced at 60 euros.
