Melilli Carnival

The 65th edition of the Melilli Carnival took place from February 27 to March 4, 2025, in the historic center and the hamlets of Villasmundo and Città Giardino. The festival was inaugurated in Piazza Carmine and Piazza San Sebastiano, where King Carnival kicked off the festivities, followed by the Radio on Air show with FM Italia.

Events included the "Corrida degli Iblei" and a cabaret show with Salvo La Rosa, Giuseppe Castiglia, and Francesco Scimemi, the parade of costumed groups and allegorical floats in Villasmundo, and the children's costume parade in Melilli. The national guest for the evening of March 2 was Dargen D'Amico, accompanied by DJ Comollo from Radio 105. The godmother of the edition was Raffaella Fico; other guests included Mario Fargetta. On March 4, the final parade of allegorical floats and the awards ceremony closed the festival.
