Edition 2025 โ€” Mediterraneo CMF

The first edition of the Mediterraneo Chamber Music Festival took place from June 20 to 26, 2025, at the Convento dei Padri Riformati in Pulsano: a week of live open-air chamber music, featuring masterclasses, photography exhibitions, natural wine tastings, and the participation of international performers and young rising stars, including Scandinavian strings led by Birk Landaas.

First edition (2025)

The first edition of the Mediterraneo International Chamber Music Festival was held from June 20 to 26, 2025, in the Cloister of the Convento dei Padri Riformati in Pulsano, in the province of Taranto. Founded and directed by Taranto-born pianist Romolo Ludovico Lanza, the festival was born with the idea of bringing great chamber music to the iconic locations of the Ionian territory, renewing the perception of the chamber repertoire among young and mainstream audiences.

For an entire week, Pulsano hosted open-air concerts, masterclasses, thematic insights, photography exhibitions, and displays, as well as natural wine tastings. The stage featured a mix of established names in international chamber music and young emerging talents, including Scandinavian strings led by Birk Landaas. The success of this debut edition laid the foundation for the second edition in 2026, dedicated to the theme ยซBridgeยป.
