2025 Edition
The 16th edition of the Medieval Historical Day was held on June 2, 2025, in the historic center of San Marco d'Alunzio. In 2025, the re-enactment once again attracted visitors from all over Sicily, with the grand historical pageant of the Counts Filangeri parading along the village alleys up to Piazza del Castello.
The streets of the historic center came alive with medieval markets, flag-wavers, musicians, jugglers, fire-eaters, and falconers, in addition to shows, dances, and medieval games. The event took place with free admission, confirming its tradition established since 2008.
