Edition 2025 — Crispiano Meatball Festival
The second edition of the Meatball Festival enlivened Masseria Francesca in Crispiano on July 1 and 2, 2025, with food stalls opening from 7:30 PM.
The star was the Apulian meatball in numerous variations — fried, in tomato sauce, baked, the classic grandma's meatballs, and more original offerings like tuna and lemon-ricotta meatballs — prepared with meat, bread, cheeses, and local aromatic herbs, and served paired with local wines and craft beers.
The two evenings were accompanied by live music, DJ sets, traditional folk dances, artisan markets, and entertainment for all ages, in a family atmosphere typical of Apulian village festivals.

The second edition took place on July 1 and 2, 2025 at Masseria Francesca, with stalls opening from 7:30 PM.
- Tasting of meatballs in many versions: fried, in tomato sauce, baked, grandma's meatballs, tuna and lemon-ricotta meatballs, prepared with meat, bread, cheeses, and local aromatic herbs.
