Edition 2025 — Albiano Magra May Day Festival

In 2025, the May Day Festival in Albiano Magra once again enlivened the Italian Red Cross garden in the hamlet of Aulla, Lunigiana. It was a day of conviviality, featuring a traditional lunch of ravioli, porchetta, fava beans, cheese, and sgabei, along with the greasy pole challenge, lawn games, and live music by the Filarmonica Albianese.

The 2025 edition of the May Day Festival in Albiano Magra confirmed the success of a deeply felt tradition in the village, a hamlet of the Municipality of Aulla (Massa Carrara).

In the Italian Red Cross garden, the traditional Lunigiana lunch, featuring ravioli, porchetta, fava beans, cheese, and sgabei, brought families and friends together. Between the Albero della Cuccagna (greasy pole), classic lawn games, and the tunes of the Filarmonica Albianese, the day celebrated Labor Day and the world of volunteering, renewing the spirit of a classic day out in good company.
