Edition 2025 — Snail Festival

The 2025 edition of the Maurina Snail Festival took place on July 19 and 20 in the hamlet of Maurina, Spormaggiore, with food stands opening from 6:00 PM. Organized by Pro Loco Spormaggiore, the festival featured the specialty of snails with polenta along with a wide menu of typical Trentino dishes and traditional desserts.

Maurina Snail Festival 2025

The Maurina Snail Festival was held on July 19 and 20, 2025, with service starting at 6:00 PM in the hamlet of Maurina, Spormaggiore (Province of Trento). As per tradition, the volunteers of Pro Loco Spormaggiore enlivened the two evenings with the event's signature dish — snails with polenta — accompanied by tripe, tortel di patate, game, grilled meats, cutlets, and mixed fried platters. To conclude the meal, traditional desserts: strudel, strauben, apple cake, and tarts. A summer event deeply felt by the community, in the heart of the Paganella Plateau.
