Edition 2025 — Mastodonte Relays – Villafranca

In 2025, Villafranca d'Asti hosted the final stage of the first edition of the Mastodonte Relays on Thursday, June 26, in Piazza Marconi. After the stages in Cantarana, Ferrere, and Monale, the mountain bike competition concluded in the Asti village with the overall awards ceremony for the circuit and the symbolic passing of the baton to the mayor of Villafranca.

The first edition of the Mastodonte Relays concluded in Villafranca d'Asti on Thursday, June 26, 2025, with a meeting at 6:00 PM in Piazza Marconi, registration at 7:00 PM, and the race start at 8:00 PM.

The final stage involved about an hour of mountain bike competition on the city circuit. The 2025 circuit visited four locations: Cantarana, Ferrere, Monale, and Villafranca d'Asti, the venue for the final event. At the end, the final awards ceremony took place, with rankings for the e-bike, Under 40, Over 40, mixed pairs, under 90 pairs, and over 90 pairs categories. The mayor of Villafranca, Anna Macchia, received the competition's baton.
