Edition 2025 — Marzuolo Truffle Festival

The first edition of the Marzuolo Truffle Festival in Ponte a Egola took place from April 4 to 6, 2025, at the Circolo La Ruga. Organized by the Palio del Cuoio Committee and the local Rioni, it featured dinners on Friday and Saturday and lunch on Sunday, with Marzuolo truffle dishes and local specialties.

The first edition of the Marzuolo Truffle Festival was held in Ponte a Egola, a village in San Miniato (PI), from April 4 to 6, 2025, at the Circolo La Ruga premises.

The event, organized by the Palio del Cuoio Committee and all the Rioni, opened with dinner on Friday (from 8:00 PM) and continued with dinner on Saturday (from 7:30 PM) and lunch on Sunday (from 12:00 PM), offering unique Marzuolo truffle-based dishes accompanied by local specialties and regional wines. The success of this debut edition laid the foundation for the festival's return in 2026.
