Marrocca Festival

The 37th edition of the Marrocca Festival was held on Saturday, August 2, 2025, starting at 8:30 PM, in the Paglieroni district of Treglio, in the province of Chieti. The event, curated by the Paglieronese Cultural, Recreational and Sports Association, brought back local traditional corn-based dishes, amidst food stalls and conviviality.

The festival was part of the summer season "Under the Sky of Treglio", full of gastronomic and musical events that animated the painted village throughout the summer, confirming the Marrocca Festival as one of the longest-running and most beloved events in the small Abruzzo town.
