Edition 2025 — Marostica Carnival

The parade of allegorical floats in the historic walled center of Marostica is a novelty for 2026: no similar event is documented for 2025. In previous years, the Marostica Carnival took place in more modest forms, without the grand parade of floats within the town walls.

The grand Carnival with the parade of allegorical floats in the walled town of Marostica is an absolute novelty for 2026: the first edition of this scale will indeed take place on February 28, 2026. For 2025, no Carnival events with parades of floats of similar importance in the historic center are documented. The town in the province of Vicenza experienced the Carnival period in the past with more traditional and neighborhood initiatives, before the introduction of the new grand parade.
