Marenostrum — Seafood Festival at Parco di Serravalle

The 2025 Seafood Festival in Empoli was held from May 22 to 25 at Parco di Serravalle, with stalls open for dinner on Thursday and Friday, and also for lunch on the weekend. On the table were the great classics of seafood cuisine: cacciucco, mussel stew, fried seafood with calamari, shrimp, and salt cod, seafood paella, paccheri alla trabaccolara, green gnocchi with captain's sauce, marinated anchovies, and fish pâté with crusty bread.

The musical program was also rich: a live opening night on Thursday, a DJ set by Davide Bianucci on Friday, the "Connessioni sonore" event on Saturday, and on Sunday, the concert by Bobo Rondelli with "Storie Assurde Live 2025" accompanied by the band Musica da Ripostiglio. The event, with free admission, was organized by the Jump Live Association together with Food Festival with the patronage of the Municipality of Empoli.
