Mare di Musica - Festival of Music Schools

The fifth edition of Mare di Musica took place in Comacchio from June 10 to 15, 2025, gathering over 1,600 young musicians from music schools across Italy, with a program of 67 concerts on 13 stages distributed between the historic center and the four Lidos (Spina, Estensi, Pomposa, Scacchi).

After the initial days dedicated to training and ensemble rehearsals, the inauguration was held on Thursday, June 12, at the Trepponti and the Museo del Delta Antico. Among the most anticipated moments was the special concert on Friday, June 13, on the Trepponti staircase with saxophonist Javier Girotto and the Martini Big Band from the G.B. Martini Conservatory of Bologna, conducted by Michele Corcella. On Saturday, concerts moved to Lido degli Estensi and Comacchio, while on Sunday, June 15, the festival concluded with the famous dawn concerts at 6 AM on the beaches of the Lidos. All events had free admission.
