Edition 2025 — Marchigiana Beef Festival

On August 6 and 7, 2025, the Fontana Perrelli district in Minturno hosted two evenings dedicated to Marchigiana breed beef, raised using traditional methods and fed on field beans, hay, barley, and protein peas. The event, organized by the Associazione Culturale Contadina, was included in the official «Minturno Scauri 2025, an summer to live» calendar alongside the July Ancient Pasta Press Festival and the historic Regne Festival.

The 2025 edition

The Marchigiana Beef Festival took place on August 6 and 7, 2025 in the Fontana Perrelli district, in the Municipality of Minturno (Latina province, Lazio). The Municipality had included it in the gastronomic section of the summer program «Minturno Scauri 2025, un'estate da vivere», presented in the spring along with the other events of the season.

As per tradition, the two evenings offered tastings of Marchigiana breed beef raised with traditional systems, accompanied by local peasant dishes and served at tables set up in the open air in the district square. The event confirmed Fontana Perrelli as one of the gastronomic hubs of the Minturno summer, together with the Ancient Pasta Press Festival, which reached its eleventh edition in 2025.
