Marameo Festival - Spigno Saturnia of Tales

In the summer of 2025, the fifth edition of the festival brought four Fridays of fairy tales and theatre to the squares of Spigno Saturnia, all at 9:00 PM and all signed by the Teatro Bertolt Brecht of Formia, leader of the Marameo Festival in southern Lazio. The program alternated the Neapolitan mask of «Pulcinella Mon Amour» (July 18), the traditional fairy tale «The Tale of the Three Oranges» (July 25), the modern fable «Animal Farm» (August 1), and the knight-errant of «Don Quixote between Dream and Reality» (August 8). The edition, realized with the Lazio Region, the Ministry of Culture, the Municipality of Spigno Saturnia, the Monti Aurunci Natural Park, and UTOPIA, confirmed the role of the small village in the province of Latina as a fixed stop of the largest Italian festival of theatre for new generations.
